Hontzlake of Wentland

   The knight that seized the damosel from Arthur's court that had come claiming the brachet in the Quest of the White Hart. On his way from Camelot, he runs into kin of the lady who demand her release. Hontzlake fights the lady's cousin, Sir Meliot of Logurs, and while they battle, Pellinore arrives seeking the lady. Pellinore separates the fighters, explains his quest and prepares to fight them. Hontzlake kills Pellinore's horse from beneath him, infuriating the older knight. In anger as Pellinore lightly leaps from the horse, Pellinore attacks Hontzlake and in one blow cleaves him from head to chin.
